Unclaimable Policy - Cause no one knows about it!!
I took out a scratch and dent policy with Standardbank 3years ago when I took delivery of my new car.... last month someone scratched my car and wished to make a claim from the policy and NO ONE at Standardbank vehicle and asset, Standardbank insurance brokers knows what I am talking about...
I am being transferred from pillar to post.. they deduct my money every month for this policy and I can’t claim from it, cause no one knows what I am talking about.
