Uncaring & inept!!!!!

This Bank must be the most uncaring & inept Bank in the Country. Four phone calls and attempts to sort out my CC, and ZERO!!! Have to go to the Branch. I take time off work and come to the Branch in Hout Bay, and stand, and stand, and stand at the door from 8H55 waiting for them to open. ZERO. I phone a complaints number and after being shoved & shunted, I get told the branch is permanently CLOSED!!!! ZERO signage to tell the 3 people standing, and standing, and standing!!!!!!!
