Uncaring attitude by Standard Bank

I recently sold my house and it was registered in the buyer's name on the 10th of December. My bond was with Standard Bank, the new owner is also bonded by Standard Bank.

A payment from the Dept of Human Settlement was made to a Standard Bank Suspense Account to make up for the balance of the selling price. Standard Bank deposited that money into the buyer's account.

Human error, I'm prepared to accept this grudgingly. What's making me go ballistics is that the Conveyancers handling this matter have informed them of this. The buyer as well has written a letter to Standard Bank informing them of this. I have seen correspondence from Human Settlement regarding payment; seen correspondence from attorneys asking them to correct this and have also seen the correspondence from buyer regarding same matter.

The Conveyancers will be closing in a day. What happens to my money Standard Bank is busy playing Monopoly with? Are they going to pay me interest on it? I expect it since they are keeping it. I wanna know from Samantha Gounder at Standard Bank why is she being so utterly unprofessional and insensitive since she has been contacted about this and she doesn't seem to care.

What's your next move Standard Bank?
