Unbelievable pathetic service from this tuck shop

The nicething is I tried to eal directly with Standard Bank and made countless follow ups, no feedback in over two weeks now. So I am hoping Helloo Peter will help. All I have been battling for is for them to cancel my homeloand insurance policy which i has taken with my bond. The reason being I have take a life cover policy with the very same lousy bank. They flatly refuse to cancel this insurance. I have been begging for over two weeks, I get a mail saying a consultant will phone in 48hrs till now. This insurance and the bond are debiting as one account, so this means i will be forced to stop the debit order from going through in order to ensure that they dont debit for what I have cancelled. And I still gave them business with the life cover, which is going to charge two initiation fee premiums, so how the hell am I supposed to pay for 3 things at once???<br> My other next option is to cancel this damn life cover and take it to a more client respecting bank. I am fed up to the brim,. To all potential Customers, be warned...BE VERY WARNED.
