Unbelievable Bank Charges

We have several business and personal accounts with Standard Bank and many of our staff too. One account in particular has been dormant for a while so what happens is that the monthly fee of R80 gets deducted, never on the same day, so the account goes into -R80. We generally rectify the minus within 24hrs. However, what standard bank does is unbelievable, they deduct R210 for overdraft services. Branch manager and account manager have no interest in resolving this. No wonder Standard Bank is closing so many branches
