unauthourised transfer

on friday my salary came through and abt 2hrs later after receiving my salary notification a message came through that a transfer had been made.i called the bank they couldnt help me till the relevant departments wete closed.i had to use so much airtime to not get much help and a very unco operative call center consultant.i went to my branch the folloeing day.they could not assit me because the relevant departments including complaints department do not open during weekends.its last day of the month 11 616.11rands was transferrd from my account. Which is practically my whole salary.
