unauthorized withdrawal

a transaction was made on my account in another country. i notified Std Bank the very hour it happened. i have been to the bank numerous times to have it sorted. but nobody seems to care.<br> my question is... is my money safe in a Std bank account? i dont think so<br> i would love someone to give me call to have this sorted once and for all as i cannot leave work all the time to fill out the same form
