Unauthorized Uber Transactions and Internal ***** Concerns – STB Bank

Since 2023, I have been disputing unauthorized withdrawals of funds by Uber from my STD Bank check account, despite the fact that I have never used Uber’s services and maintain my own transport. Throughout this period, I have repeatedly been required to complete forms and submit evidence to substantiate my dispute. However, each submission has resulted in the matter being closed without resolution, effectively treating the case as dormant or citing under investigation. This pattern raises serious concerns that the disputed transactions may constitute internal *****ulent activity within STB Bank.
