Unauthorized transfer from account

Hi,<br> <br> I am going through financial problems, I was not getting an income for the past 12 months,i app**** for a payment break on all my standard bank accounts, today standard bank transferred money from my saving account to my RCP for my arrears without my authorisation, the money was for my rent and food as i mentioned that i just started a new job on the 1st March. I have been a loyal Prestige client for many years and I'm totally unhappy, can they refund my money R1900 asap and only take the arrangement amounts which we will arrange prior to my salary date.<br> <br> Kind Regards
