Unauthorized transactions on my bank statement

Yesterday I went to take out my Bank Statement for a new apartment application. I realized these guys double debited my account on the 1st of March. I was left with an X amount on my account. Today I decided to withdraw it all out before they do it again, only to realize they have done it indeed. They call center is ***! i waited for more than 30 minutes on the line. No body assisted me. I went to the Mandela Square branch, the que is as long as voting line. Thank god its still early in the month, I am definitely leaving this ****. Thank you for chowing my last money, But that was the cent you will ever get from me!!!!
