Unauthorized Transactions on my account

Unauthorized Transactions on my account for the second time. I have never purchased from Amazon but had a transaction go through my account!!! Why wasn't I alerted or notified or why wasn't there an OTP request!???

To get a cell phone number update you people gone is so much ****. But when money dissappear from our account your unhelpful call centre's cannot help!!!!

I did not but anything from Amazon. I want my monet back. This is the second time I had a problem like this!!!!

Toe security system is useless. I have banked with FNB fire 15 years and never once had this problem!!! I want my money back!!!
