Unauthorized transactions.
Good morning
my bank account an amount of R10,267.68 AND R33.74 were *****ulently processed on the night of 1st July 2024 and appearing on my banking App statement of 2nd July 2024, respectively. Transactions reference Numbers are as follows: 55-421.692 MESQUITA BRAZIL and VAGNER SOA SAO PAULO BRAZIL. I did report the incidents to Standard bank, stopped the card ending 2600 and still awaiting the ***** division to urgently contact me to sort this out. I really can’t understand how my bank can authorize such payments without my knowledge and approval, especially to an organization out of my original country. This is so frustrating for me cause i have never even went out of the country nor used my card to buy anything online .

I have been so frustrated for 7 days now my debit orders have been declining ,my car insurance, funeral cover, car instalment i don't even have petrol to go to work calling standard bank has been a serious nightmare i request for some kind of feedback from you i will seriously collapse due to the stress am going through R10 000 is a lot of money for someone like me .
