unauthorized stop order

I'm now tired of reversing payment from my acc by unauthorized sventer whatever,since 2014 this ppl deduct R99 or R299. Even today I have reversed R99 from same ppl sventer.if I ask -standard bank to stop them from deducting money frm my acc,they tell me of charges to stop them.i trusted this bank for long tym n I think is now time to let go and try other banks.
