Unauthorized Payments Made By Bank

I Write This Review As A Concerned Standard Bank Account Holder

Money In My Cheque Account Was Charged For A Transaction I Did Not Know And Did Not Authorize And That Happened In June I Reported The Matter To The ***** Department And They De Activated My Card I Had To Make A New One And They Returned The Money Only To Find Out The Same Transaction Is Being Processed Again On My New Cheque Card Without My Authority And On My Statement It States That It’s Cheque Card Purchase One I Don’t Know Of And Never Authorized

I’m Really Concerned Because This Is Happening For The Second Time On A New Card With A Different Card No Please Fix This Issue And Reverse These Payments Cause I Am Sitting On A Negative Bank Balance.

And One Would Even Choose This Way To Complain Cause When I Call Holding Time Is Too Long
