Unauthorized Online Purchases

I feel so angry and disappointed with the service and level of assistance that i have been receiving from this bank. I have called almost everyday and even went to the brunch just for you to STOP ALL Online Purchases from my card because I keep getting my money ****** by Apple.com/itunes.com zaf which. I still have this problem and i have last over R 2000.00 with this problem and I cannot afford to lose my hard earned money like this. I never agreed to an over drought but this month my account went into -R 600.00 because of this issue, which should not have happened because i do not have a OVERDRAFT. I work very hard for every cent in my account... Please get back to me ASAP
