Unauthorized Inquiries not removed from Experian report

This is my 3rd complaint. Everytime I get back an automated response. I have inquiries for vehicle finance from standard bank on my experian credit report which were unauthorized. It has still not been removed. I was planning on applying for vehicle finance with standard bank in october but with all these inquiries it affected my application. Clearly standard bank does not care about their customers or want their business.
