Unauthorized enquiries on Credit Report by Standard Bank

I have had two hard enquiries on my credit report from Standard Bank. First SBSA CHEQUE2 and then Standard Bank Powercurve. I did not authorize these and I have never app**** or called about applying for credit. This is **********! What makes me even more upset is that I called standard bank about this matter, but it was never resolved. This is truly upsetting and wrong.
