Unauthorized Deduction and Refund Request

I am writing to report a recurring issue with unauthorized deduction of R2,882.50 from my account on the 15th of October 2024. Ref SBSA HOMEL ***41015BO015BOPY203, which Hello Peter previously helped resolve in September 2024. Despite previous resolution, Standard Bank has again deducted funds incorrectly...This is the second time I've experienced unauthorized deductions from my account. Date: 15 August 2024 Resolution: Hello Peter Ref SABS Home ***40815B0815BOPAY192 This deduction was made by Standard Bank home loan, despite Debtbusters already deducting R6,000.00 from my account on the same day. The same incident happen again. As per my consolidation agreement with Debtbusters, they are responsible for managing my debt repayments. Standard Bank home loan is no longer authorized to deduct payments from my account.

I request that Standard Bank home loan: - Reverse the unauthorized deduction of R2,882.50 -Refund the amount into my account immediately. - Confirm that no further deductions will be made by Standard Bank home loan Account Holder: Ditlhare Felicity Khaile Account number: *** Branch code: 470010
