unauthorized deduction

I had a vehicle account with standard bank which was written of and taken away by Standard bank in around 2010, there was no calls given to me explaining to me that I owe them any money. it is now 2015 /04/28.<br> I now get a suspicious deduction from my account of R6700+-. I did call the bank and sent them a letter explaining them that I am a single mother and it was not right what they did as that money is for my Rent, food, and child's school fees. I also told them that they should off and can call me to make an arrangement that I can afford at this stage. I had no respond from them and tried to call them again. they refused me point blank without taking any understanding to my situation. I cant believe the way I am treated know that this by is proudly South African and treat there fellow South African like this. I will be crippled now due to this knowingly that this will cause a major impact in mine and child's like from now going forward.<br> <br> Is there anyone out there that can help me with this complaint
