Unauthorized Debits going through

I have been getting ********** unauthorized debits every month since June and this month it seems they are increasing in money being debited and i constantly have to Call Standard Bank to reverse these debits.

Why is it that as a big organization you have a way of blocking such unauthorized debits from bogus companies that somehow have our details. Instead of helping with blocking i was told to call the companies myself and we're talking about more than 8 companies other repeat themselves using different company names.

The process of closing off this account and opening another will be a pain as i will be forced to pay off my overdraft and move my Authorized debits to the new account, why cant you help get these accounts blocked???????
