Unauthorized Debit - Still waiting for response

\A suspicious and unauthorized debit just went through on my account with a reference GOSS:BRANCH MAINT. The very strange part is that it's going from my account but says it's being transferred to my account. When I checked my online banking it only reflects the funds going out of my account but not going back in. and the service fee for transaction is R28.00<br> <br> Where is this money going to and who authorized as it wasn't me.<br> <br> I called the ***** line but they didn't assist me.
