Unauthorized debit orders.
Standard bank is full of incompetence staff no matter how much you talk to them and explain to them about debit mandate check they will keep authourising them without your concern. I had to involve NCC last time for them to sort out this problem. I even had a meeting with them at branch level but still they all unauthorized debits. Now I must write to NCC again for them to sort out their stupidity
