Unauthorized debit orders

My debit order date is the 25th of every month, all the time I have new debit order I'm required to approve it on debit check. For some reason Std bank and clientelle funeral decided to submit the debit orders on the 23rd apparently before my salary came in and there were insufficient funds in my acc. I have been banking with Std bank for donkey now and getting my salary on the 23rd when 25th is on Sunday but I have never been charged for a returned debit order. I called call center and was on a call with unhelpful Fezeka who transferred the call to Mpumi the supervisor who promised to log a query for the charges to be reversed and to call me back but never called me back, disgusting customer service. Can I please get my R200 back from Std bank as I never approved for any debit orders to go off my account prior the 25th of every month
