Unauthorized Debit Orders

<p>I did not know that any 1 can debit your bank account without your consent and the if you did not know about these debit orders and you did not have money in your account that a unpaid fee of R115 would be charged for every debit order even if it's not your fault and not of your knowledge and the when you phone they say that can’t be correct cause your profile is not set up like that and that it should be R17 and that they “would come back to you” and still I am waiting and being charged these fees</p> <p> </p> <p>What bank really helps it clients? Any suggestions?</p> <p> </p>
