Unauthorized debit orders

<p>R25k taken by debit order from my partner's account and Standard bank tells her there'as nothing they can do becuase they can't trace the money. Pathectic excuse for a financial institute whi is suppose to safe gaurd your money and also have processes in place to handle such queries. Standard bank in Somerset Mall is useless and just showed her the door. We demand a senior official to handle this case and resolve this matter, if this was a R100 thne fine but R25 000 is not something you can just write off. </p>
