unauthorized debit orders

Good day, I have been getting failed debit orders of R99 from my bank account (savings account) which I no longer use, as such there are no funds in it, those debit orders are **********ly because I do not know those companies, now my issue is I have to pay for all those failed debit orders even thou I do not know those companies of which I think is not fair
