Unauthorized debit orders.

A few years back I had countless complaints with Std bank with regards to a unauthorized debit order by the name of SANBI of R99. After complaining over and over again Std bank got it to stop. Again this morning I was shocked enough to find that another unauthorized debit order of R99.00 from UPS NCONNUPS15 has made its way to my bank account. How does your bank allow all of this? How am I supposed to trust you guys with my money when you approve unauthorized debit orders on my account? because it can't be that you guys can't pick illegitimate debit orders if that's the case then I will rather close my account and move somewhere cause this is really ridiculous.
