Unauthorized Debit Order.
This is my FOURTH complaint regarding the same issue where you as my bank allow these ******s to debit my account as they are pleased. Today Elite Pro has debitted me with R117.50. Each time I call your call center there is no solution to these unauthorized debit orders. As your customer what measures are put in place to protect my account cause this is not the first time I am complaining.
