Unauthorized debit orders
Standing back you are a ****ed up bank,you don't care about your clients. I have escalated unauthorized debit orders but it doesn't look like my problem will be resolved. Hassen Zeenath was not helpful,I tried calling her few times and left voicemail but she did not call me back. Itumeleng Ntsene asked me to fill in the same I filled in at the back and I did but she's not updating me about anything. I am not sure how I feel right now. STANDARD BANK CAN I HAVE MY MONEY THEN CLOSE MY STANDARD BANK ACCOUNT BECAUSE I AM NOT A VALUED CLIENT!!!!
