Unauthorized Debit order NIGHTMARE.

Since February 2018 till date I am calling ***to reverse unauthorized debit orders not just one but 3 debit orders each month and all I get from your consultants "We apologise for the inconvenience" This is unacceptable and it is time consuming to be calling your Call Center and doing the XDS ****. I have four different accounts with the bank and I dont understand why do you let ******** just do as they are pleased in my account. Your apology response does not resolve the problem at all. I was advised to use the stop order payment which charges me R55.00 and guess what unauthorized debit order still go off. Clearly this is my problem and you as the bank do not give a **** WHAT HAPPENS TO CUSTOMER`S ACCOUNT.
