Unauthorized debit order from Standard Bank Revolving credit loan

Standard Bank keeps debiting my account even my account is full paid and I also received a letter from Standard bank for account closer. This is thing is costing me too much to reverse the debit order and stop the debit order. It will also affect my credit scoring.
