Unauthorized Debit Order

Good day<br> <br> On the 7th April 2015 I follow a enquiry about a Hospital Plan with Clientele. To my surprised I made it very clear to the person I spoke to that I do not want a policy, but for some reason without my approval Clientele put a debit order on my account on the 4th of May 2015 without my permission. And just the fact that we put out money and trust in a bank our account is unsafe and anyone can debit order it without any permission is highly disappointing. Now I must take off from my work to get to a bank to get it stopped is very upsetting. I must be disrupted due to ************* bank. Pathetic
