Unauthorized debit order

I have recent been a victim of unauthorized debit order from the company that is called ****apage ref: ********** 50s0 /180502 they debited R299 on my standard bank account and had no funds on the account debit order bounced and the bank charged me R146 when calling the bank says there is nothing they can do even if they are aware that the debit order was not legal as they have other customers whom are being debited by the same ****apage they were lucky as they had funds on their accounts they easily reversed that amount , my account is currently sitting on minus and cant get this company as their phone are not answered.
