Unauthorized debit from my account
Standard Bank has debited my account with the amount of R3950.67 without my permission when I enquire i was taken from pillar to post and was told it was a mistake and they reversed my money after 7 working days, during that time of horror I have incured debts just to make ends meet because of their inconvenience, to my surprise if I was owing them I was going to be charged interest calculated per day on the principal amount owed, now that they owed me they don’t care about interest, you you please assist me in this regard.
