unauthorized debit from account how the bank earns interest on your money

Standard bank vehicle and asset finance had deducted an amount on 14 March 2017 from my current account for a vehicle wich was settled in February 2017

I have Reported the transaction as soon as I saw it on my account on 14 March 2017

They informed me that it is not showing on there side and that it could take a day to show. I need to phone them on the 15th. I phoned them this morning and they have confirmed that the account is settled and that they will request the transaction to be reversed, I was informed that this will take 3-5 working days.

I have displayed my dissatisfaction with this to the help desk and had to hold on so the lady who was helping me could lodge a new request to have the reversal done as urgent.

I still have not received my money back into my account,

So while I wait for the transaction to be reversed I have to pay overdraft interesst while they earn interest on my money.

I am considering opening a ***** case as the debit order that went of on the 14th was not authorised by me, my previous debit orders was deducted at month end, my vehicle was settled on 28 February 2017

I received a letter from the bank confirming that the account has been closed on 1 March 2017 together with the vehicles regisration documents.
