unauthorized debit

I did not authorize my savings account to be debited and as soon as money was in my savings account you go and debit a PURESAVE account. If there is money in that account i will transfer the money for the debits to be paid via my cheque account like a usually do, i was also assured that a PURESAVE account cannot be debited. So if there was a instruction put in place that the account would be debited i should have been informed. We as customers try to plan financially for situations and to pay back on our accounts we do not need to be strong armed to pay accounts or garnished without ****** court orders. I want you to call me back and tell me why that account was debited.
