Unauthorized debit.
Hi,
My vehicle finance debit order went off this morning and the amount debited by an extra R1700. I called standard bank and was told that i apparently took out Short term insurance, of which i did not!! i am struggling to get a hold of the correct department to resolve this.
Can the relevant department please contact me urgently.
