Unauthorized credit enquiry

Good day. There are two enquiries from STANDARD BANK NOR on my credit profile. These credit enquiries are not authorized. I require full explanation behind these enquiries. I never app**** for credit at Standard Bank nor did anything that warranted a credit check. This SHOULD be removed from my profile. There is actually two enquiries on the same day from Standard Bank. This is uncalled for. None of the purposes listed by the National Credit Act suffice for an enquiry. I was not involved with Standard Bank. I have also disputed this with the credit bureaus. Please advise what support documentation you require. The enquiries should be removed from my profile.
