unauthorized charges on account

I already have two complaints with the ombudsman regarding Standard bank and once again I have to log another.

I have a credit card with STD and I get charged monthly my normal fees as per the pricing guide and what I agreed upon when accepting this card. I also get charged a cash withdrawal fee as per the pricing guide.

Unfortunately for the past 4 months + they have been charging me between R80-90 for something called a cash finance charge. WHAT IS THIS. Total adds to almost R600+. Last month I drew R350 cash and had to pay R88 for this withdrawal. I spoke to a consultant and this consultant explained that once you start drawing cash they open a cash account linked to your credit card and every time you make a withdrawal they add this amount to the cash account. WHAT????? I asked him so basically what you are saying is that STD wants to keep record of what you use for cash and what is normal transactions, so you charge us this R88.00 +/- for admin fees in order for you to see what we do. This makes no sense. I did not request any cash account to be opened as I don't want to see what was cash and what was not. I am already paying my monthly fees as per their pricing guide and no where on the pricing guide does it have a cash finance fee for a dummy cash account that actually has no function.

I have requested a contract or telephone recording where I agreed that I wanted this service and where I authorized this amount to be deducted of my account. Even when I don't use the card I am getting billed an extra R80+ on top of all my other fees. Current monthly bank charges adds to approximately R250 and I only do 2-3 transactions. THIS IS ****************.
