Unauthorised removal of funds from my account again without my permission
Unauthorised removal of funds from my account again without my permission . This is the 2nd time it has happened. Need assistance from the ombudsman or banking adjudicator to re-deposit the funds back into my account . Called today and was told I was going to be transferred to the CRC division, still holding on.... Need assistance please.
