Unauthorised R99 debit order/check allowed by Std bank

I am disappointed with Standard allowing R99 debit order/debit check to go through without my authorisation. and when reversing this from the mobile app,standard bank charges R5 per transaction. Thisnis ridiculous as this is an incentive for the bank to allow this unauthorised debit orders so that the bank van benefit from all the R5 rands. Imagine of this happens to 100 000 clients, that ia R500 000 revenue, *******ly obtained.
