Unauthorised insurance debit from VAF.

I would like an explanation as to the reason standard bank VAF debited an insurance fee for my vehicle financed with them as i was not offered, requested or consented to that. I do not even receive statements on the account even though i had requested. The car is insured with another company and i request that you reverse your unauthorised insurance debit order on my vehicle as soon as posssible.
