UNAUTHORISED ENQUIRY
SBSA LOAN 2 Credit Enquiry without my consent!!!!
I received a call from Standard Bank asking about a Credit Card which I declined because I was not interested. I am baffled to now see on my Clear Score profile that SBSA LOAN 2 did a credit enquiry against my profile on the 15th Jul 2021, which has now negatively impacted my credit profile.
What the hell Standard Bank?????
I can't remember giving consent, which would make this *******.
I WANT THE ENQUIRY REMOVED IMMEDIATLY AND MY PROFILE UPDATED AND I WANT TO KNOW WHO AT STANDARD BANK DID THE ENQUIRY???
