Unauthorised Deductions

my name is Ishmael Serobe <br> <br> On the 18/04/2015 i opened an Elite Plus Current Account and it was activated on 22/04/2015 then i got my salary on the 23/04/2015. <br> <br> On the 24/04/2015 after a withdrawal of R500 my balance was R523.23. When i went to the bank they said its a loan that i owed so there was a set off of R8500. Because there is no arrangements made on the account. And now i am stuck with no money to do things that needs to be done e.g rent, transport, maintenance, school fees etc.
