Unauthorised Deductions
I am enquiring as to why an amount of R773.12 which was called 'Cash Finance Charge' was been deducted from credit card on 5 May. this has happened on a number of occasions but not had a satisfactory explanation. I have been a customer of SB since 1981 and am surprised I can be treated this way.
