Unauthorised debit orders etc.

Firstly to make up for one payment skipped in Feb, Std bank deducted double payments on the 25th for my Access Loan Account. Then yesterday I received an sms stating that I am still in arrears, so they deducted another debit of R1786.95. You guys are wrong, I want the debit order reversed today!!!!!!<br> <br> Not only that, after numerous times going into the branch trying to consolidate my debt which will help me and make things better for me THE CLIENT, THE CONSUMER, you still declined it. After being told that if I reverse a debit order my account won't be affected and if my scoring goes up they will definitely help me!!! <br> I'm still being declined, a CUSTOMER FOR 8 YEARS, and NOBODY seems to care!!!!!!<br> Please contact me so we can sort this out, and talk about closing my account as well so I can get a BANK that will really HELP ME MOVE FORWARD!!!!
