Unauthorised debit orders

I just received an email from standard bank confirming a debit order that is scheduled to go off from my account for the amount of R10 000. This is my secondary account I don’t use it for debit orders. I call the number provided on the email and I spoke to an agent by the name of Cynthia; call reference ***, she refused to provide me with her last name. I explain to Cynthia that I’ve received an email confirming a debit order of R10 000 from standard bank that is scheduled to go off my account and provide her with the details on the email. She first tells me there’s nothing she can do until the debit order goes off, I then explain to her that I need the matter resolved before the debit order goes off as I will be charged for any reversal of the debit order I have not authorised. She then places me on hold only to come back and tell me there’s nothing she can do. I then ask her for the call reference and she tells me she’ll need to authenticate me before she can give me the call reference. I’ve been on the phone with her for 5 minutes now, the first thing she was supposed to have done is authenticate me before going through my account to tell me she can’t help. I’ve checked on my TransUnion and since seen something called standbank power curve that I have not authorised or app**** for. I need answers Standard Bank. Telling me you can’t help is simply not good enough really.
