Unauthorised Debit orders

Unauthorised debit orders deducted monthly (sometimes 2 per month) for which bank pulls up their shoulders without helping to find out where these are from.<br> I don't know the company, the source, the reason, have no policy number or contact details of any kind. The bank doesn't appear to want to help despite numerous emails to locate the company and contact details.<br> I just want these debit orders to stop being deducted and want my money back.<br> Please help.
