Unauthorised Debit Orders

I have two debit orders going off of my account. One is unauthorised and I have gone into my branch numerous times to get it cancelled and all the money reversed to me. This has never happened. I got a call from Standard Bank ***** Department regarding this and they said I must contact the company directly who processed the debit order, but the company does not exist. How do I cancel this debit order and get my money back? Is my only option to go to another bank? I also have a debit order from Netflix which they can't cancel they said I must go to my bank and my bank say I must go to them. How do I get these debit orders cancelled and my money back?
