Unauthorised debit order

Hello Peter, I am banki g with standard bank, I am having a problem with my account ,there is an unauthorised debit order from NP Legal for a out R2400 and this is the 3rd month I went to standard bank to report this matter and the consultant told there is nothing they can do , They said they ve stop it but nothing debit orders still continue, I work so hard for my money to be taken away like that and the same banks that we trust can't help us, I requested for a dispute to be done, and money to be reversed but the consultant refused. my number ***
